As mentioned by the General Directorate of Waters (DGA), through its flow monitoring platform, "a red alert has been issued at the station called "Q. Camiña 3 km above Tarcavire". In the afternoon hours of this Sunday, the National Service for Disaster Prevention and Response (Senapred) declared a Red Alert for the commune of Camiña due to increased flow. As mentioned by the General Water Directorate (DGA), through its flow monitoring platform, "a red alert has been issued at the station called "Q. Camiña 3 km above Tarcavire", which foresees a threat to the population, their property and the environment of the commune of Camiña".
