Notary affirms that stamp on vehicle transfer document presented by Marisel Linares is false: “Tampered with.”

Notary Donato Carpio stated on Magaly TV's La Firme program that the seal on the donation contract presented by Marisel Linares had been tampered with and did not belong to him. He also specified that he never uses the word “code” in his notarial records. The document, through which the vehicle is supposedly transferred to Adrián Villar, never arrived at the Carpio Gálvez Notary Office, according to him. Furthermore, the ownership of the car remains registered in the journalist's name. The situation has raised new questions, as the document was not recorded as a public deed and there is no receipt or invoice to formally support the transaction. According to the official, the procedure lacks validation and no biometric checks were carried out with the Reniec to support the authenticity of the seal used. “It could have been fabricated using artificial intelligence or in Azángaro,” he said, noting that he decided to speak out because “his patience had run out”: “I cannot allow my name to be tarnished.” He also condemned any type of falsification in the case related to the death of athlete Lizeth Marzano. More delays The hearing scheduled for Tuesday in the investigation against Linares for the alleged crime of personal concealment was rescheduled by the Public Prosecutor's Office, following a request by his defense team to access the entire case file and guarantee the full exercise of the right to defense. The hearing, which was to take place at 9:00 a.m., was canceled and will be rescheduled in the coming days, according to his lawyer. Attorney Elio Riera, who recently took over his defense, said that the prosecutor's office accepted the request. He also specified that, according to preliminary information, the new date would be scheduled within the next three days, in accordance with the prosecutor's agenda. New images come to light. The program also showed new videos, provided by a neighborhood association from a nearby building in the area, which show another angle of the fatal incident. After the material was broadcast, host Magaly Medina and the victim's brother, Gino Marzano, questioned the version that claims the 21-year-old was driving at 44 kilometers per hour, a speed that had been determined by experts. "Today we were at the scene of the accident, and witnesses told me that the car was going over 80 km/h. There is no trace of a scooter because there are car parts. We continue to see inconsistencies day after day, with lies," she said. In the clips, you can see that the street was almost empty, which would contradict the version given by Villar's ex-girlfriend, influencer Francesca Montenegro. She claimed that the young man told her that he had collided with a smaller vehicle. Follow La República on WhatsApp!
