«Насьональ» обыграл «Бельграно» со счётом 4:2, но выбыл из Кубка Либертадорес U-20 из-за разницы забитых и пропущенных мячей

Nacional defeated Belgrano 4-1 in the final match of Group C of the CONMEBOL Libertadores U-20 tournament, fulfilling their objective, but it wasn’t enough, and they were eliminated from the continental youth tournament. With two wins and a single loss, the Tricolores finished with six points, tying with Olimpia of Paraguay in Group B, and the best second-place team was determined by goal difference. The Paraguayans finished with a +3 goal difference, while the Bolsilludos ended with +2. The goals were scored by Jonathan Dalmas, the first in the 35th minute, followed by three from Pável Nuñez, two of which were penalties (51', 65', and 83'). The team coached by Santiago Espasandín lined up with Felipe Bianchi in goal, and up front: Ezequiel Irute, Federico Pedrouzo, Román Clematte, Rodrigo García, Mauro Martínez, Juan Ignacio García, Mateo Soria, Jonathan Dalmas, Luciano González, and captain Pavel Núñez. On the bench were S. González, F. Denis, J. Lauz, L. Codina, M. Milano, E. del Pino, and J. D. Pinto. Flamengo, first in Group A with seven points, faces the best second-place team—that is, Olimpia—in the semifinals this Thursday, March 19. In the other semifinal, Palmeiras, first in Group B with seven points, will face Santiago Wanderers of Chile, the leader of Group C in the Nacional tournament, also with seven points.
